Parents are responsible for supervising their child’s use of the app.

ScreenTickr provides a web-based tool for managing routine tasks and earning screen time rewards.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
4. Account Responsibility#
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
- All activity under your account
- Providing accurate information
5. Acceptable Use#
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
- Upload harmful or malicious content
6. Payments#
- Fees are billed in advance
- Payments are non-refundable unless required by law
- We may change pricing with notice
7. Intellectual Property#
All content, branding, and software associated with ScreenTickr remain our property.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service.
8. Disclaimer#
ScreenTickr is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee specific behavioural outcomes
- That the service will be uninterrupted
- That it will be error-free
9. Limitation of Liability#
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScreenTickr is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of data
- Loss of profits
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you (if any) in the previous 12 months.
10. Termination#
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You may delete your account at any time.
11. Governing Law#
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
